Role Responsibilities
The role involves supporting individuals to live active community lives, managing daily living skills, facilitating hobbies and interests, and helping people achieve their dreams.
Training and Career Development
We provide person-centred, individualised care based on Positive Behavioural Support (PBS). You will undergo a 2-week induction on PBS, communication, behaviour, and skill teaching, followed by a workplace induction tailored to support individual preferences. We offer a leadership pathway from Support Worker to Team Leader and beyond.
