The role involves supporting people to live active lives in the community, managing daily living skills, facilitating hobbies and interests, and helping individuals realise their dreams.

We provide person-centred, individualised care based on the Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) model. You will receive a 2-week induction and training on PBS, communication, behaviour management, and skill teaching to enable people to live the lifestyle they desire.

Following induction, a workplace orientation will help you learn how to support individuals effectively.

We also offer a leadership pathway for those with the right ambition, skills, and aptitude, which can take you from Support Worker to Team Leader and beyond!
