The role involves supporting people to live active lives in the community, managing their daily living skills, facilitating their hobbies and interests and helping people realise their dreams! We provide person centred individualised care with a focus on the model of Positive Behavioural Support (PBS)!
You will receive a 2-week induction and learn about PBS, understanding communication and behaviour, how to teach skills and enable people to live the lifestyle that they wish! A workplace induction follows which enables you to learn how to support the individual in the way they wish.
We have a leadership pathway for those who have the right ambition, skills and aptitude which can take you from Support Worker to Team Leader and beyond!
