Full Time - £37,000 to £46,000 Salary dependent upon experience. With annual incremental rise. £1000 Welcome Payment (Pro rata for part time roles) Travel Allowance of up to £250 each month (Pro rata for part time roles).

An opportunity to be part of a brand new service PIPS are developing a brand new service in Colburn. A development of 6 individual bungalows to support individuals to move into their own home. The service is currently being built and we are recruiting to support packages to commence transitions. Initially you might work with individuals in their current settings and you will be helping to develop their full packages of care.

Becoming a deputy team manager with PIPS allows you to lead the team delivering great support and improve their quality of life. This is a great opportunity to provide truly person centred support.

We are looking for someone who will work directly supporting individuals, developing PBS plans and provide good role modeling for the team. You will provide support and guidance to staff who are supporting other tenants and you will provide leadership to support workers within the service to provide high quality person centred support.

The right person for the role: You must be motivated, creative and strive to work in a person centred way. You will have experience leading support for people with complex needs and autism and PBS experience is essential. You would be part of a team of Deputy Team Managers who provide cover across the week across a 24 hour period with a mix of day and night shifts given on a monthly rota.
