Deputy Team Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Team Manager post within one of our supported living services, in which we support individuals to live successfully within the community as tenants in their own homes.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff to provide excellent person-centred support.
  • Proficient in the use of Positive Behavioural Support.
  • Demonstrate great supervisory skills and confidence to challenge staff when required.
  • Focus on quality to improve services.
  • Show resilience.

Qualifications

  • RNLD / Social Work qualification or equivalent.
  • Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care.
  • At least 1 year’s experience in a leadership role.

Salary & Location

Salary: £34,000 to £42,000 per annum, salary dependent upon experience with annual incremental rise.

Location: Covering two of our services in Bishop Auckland and Hartlepool.
