Responsibilities
- Support people with learning disabilities, autism or mental health to live active lives in the community.
- Manage daily living skills and facilitate hobbies and interests.
- Help individuals realise their personal goals and aspirations.
- Deliver person‑centred, individualized care based on the Positive Behavioural Support model.
Qualifications and Experience
No previous experience or qualifications are required; training will be provided. We will support staff in completing a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.
Training & Development
- 2‑week induction on Positive Behavioural Support, communication, behaviour, and skill teaching.
- Workplace induction to support individuals appropriately.
- Leadership pathway available for those with ambition, skills, and aptitude, from Support Worker to Team Leader and beyond.
