Role Description

Quality Partner – Senior Leadership Opportunity | Liverpool & Merseyside

We are strengthening our senior leadership structure at Positive Impact Care Group and are now recruiting a Quality Partner to lead on governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across our services.

This is a pivotal role focused on:

  • Driving Regulation 17 compliance and governance oversight
  • Embedding the CQC Single Assessment Framework
  • Leading audits, quality reviews, and inspection readiness
  • Strengthening safeguarding, risk management, and incident learning
  • Supporting teams to consistently deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care

You will work closely with the Registered Manager and senior leadership team to ensure our services are not only compliant, but progressing towards Good and Outstanding.
