Teaching Personnel is seeking caring, motivated and resilient SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils within a specialist educational setting in Yeovil. Available on both a full-time and part-time basis, this rewarding opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping children and young people overcome challenges and achieve their potential. Your Contribution

  • Working closely alongside teaching staff and specialist professionals, you will play an important role in supporting pupils throughout their educational journey.
  • Delivering individual and small-group learning support.
  • Encouraging communication, independence and social interaction.
  • Assisting with classroom activities and curriculum delivery.
  • Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.
  • Helping pupils access learning resources and interventions.

Qualifications
