About the Role: At Positive Futures, we support people with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and autism, helping them live fulfilling and independent lives. As a Senior Support Worker, you'll be at the heart of this mission, providing essential support and making a real impact.

- Supporting people to be safe and healthy
- Supporting independence, social and communication skills
- Administration and Monitoring
What We're Looking For: We want to hear from people who share our passion! To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Essential Criteria: To apply for this role, you MUST have:
- 6 months paid experience of supporting people in a social care setting with a learning/physical disability and/or autism and/or acquired brain injury/neurological disorders.
Desirable Criteria: To apply for this role, we would also LIKE YOU to have:
- Previous experience using a person centred support plan to support someone with a learning disability, acquired brain injury or autism within a health and social care or community setting.
- QCF / NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
