About The Role
What does a Support Worker do? Put simply, you help someone live the life they want. Some days that's cooking together, sorting the weekly shop, or getting out into the local community. Other days it's helping someone reach a goal they've been dreaming about for years. The heart of it is the relationship - getting to know someone and supporting them in a way that's truly theirs, so they have real choice and control over their own life. We'll give you a full, paid induction and a great team around you. What matters is being kind, patient, and bringing a sense of fun. The Main Responsibilities centre around:
- Providing Person Centred Support
- Supporting People to Develop and Maintain Key Skills in relation to Housing Support
- Supporting Independence, Social and Communication Skills
- Some Administration such as record keeping and report completion.
All duties must be carried out within the policies and procedures of the Organisation.

Required Criteria:
- Personal or work experience of providing care or support for someone
- Basic digital skills e.g. to record notes and use rota, HR or care systems.
- Full, valid driving licence or ability to travel independently to meet the requirements of the post.
