Positive Futures in Lisburn is seeking a Senior Support Worker to provide high quality, person-centred support to people with learning disabilities, autism or brain injuries. You will hold lead responsibility for coordinating reviews with service users, their families and key supporters, while modeling best practice and supporting staff.
You’ll lead on coaching, mentoring and supervising the team, manage risk and health and safety, and take on Shift Leader duties when needed.
