We are currently seeking a Registered Manager to join a team in Northampton offering a new comprehensive residential service for young people with learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviour aged between 8-18.
About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and compliance of the home. You will ensure the highest standards of care, support, and safeguarding while creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for the young people we support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage referrals, maintain full occupancy, and oversee effective admission processes.
- Lead and motivate a team of care professionals, providing supervision, coaching, and development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards (Childrens Homes Regulations 2015, Children Act 1989, etc.).
- Oversee risk assessments, care planning, and high-quality support services.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained home environment.
