About the Role As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will remain awake throughout the night to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of children living in the home. Youll also support the smooth running of the household and contribute to a nurturing, stable environment. Alongside your night shift duties, you will complete a 6 month work based training programme designed to equip you with the therapeutic knowledge, skills, and experience needed for automatic promotion to Waking Night Therapeutic Carer following assessment.
