Youll help create a safe, structured and engaging environment, adapting your approach to meet individual needs and supporting positive behaviour throughout the school day.\n Key Responsibilities \n \n Build warm, supportive and trusting relationships with pupils to help them feel safe and ready to learn \n Promote independence, confidence and positive behaviour \n Support the delivery of a broad, balanced and differentiated curriculum \n Work closely with the Class Teacher in all aspects of daily classroom practice \n Respond flexibly to the changing needs of the school \n Support pupils cognitive, social, emotional, behavioural and physical development \n Work collaboratively within a multi professional team \n Complete documentation accurately (incidents, behaviour, health records) under guidance \n \n About You \n \n A genuine desire to support young people and build trusted professional relationships \n GCSE (or equivalent) pass in Maths and English essential \n Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures \n Positive, patient and creative in meeting pupils individual needs \n \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
