Location: Bordon, Hampshire

Salary: £40,000 plus bonus based on service targets

Hours: Full-time | 40 hours per week (flexible depending on the needs of the service)

Are you an experienced care leader ready to take responsibility for a high quality residential service for young adults with learning disabilities? We are seeking a committed and proactive Registered Manager to lead an 8 bed home, ensuring exceptional care, strong governance, and a positive, person-centred culture.

About the Role

As Registered Manager, you will oversee the day to day running of the service, lead and develop the staff team, and ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and company policies. You will champion the values of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment, ensuring every service user receives personalised, high quality support. You will also play a key role in service development, quality assurance, staff performance, and budget management, working closely with the Operations Team to maintain high standards and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the service in line with CQC requirements and company policies
  • Ensure effective governance, risk management, and incident reporting
  • Oversee assessments, support plans, and risk assessments for all service users
  • Promote service user involvement in decisions affecting their lives
  • Lead recruitment, induction, supervision, and performance management of staff
  • Ensure mandatory training is completed and recorded
  • Manage budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation
  • Investigate complaints and maintain high-quality standards
  • Lead staff meetings and service user meetings
  • Participate in the on-call management rota
  • Support business planning, quality initiatives, and service development
  • Work with the Operations Team to manage voids and ensure suitable placements

Experience/Qualifications

Essential: NVQ Level 5 in Health
