Working in small classes with high staff to student ratios , you'll play a key role in motivating learners, breaking down barriers, and celebrating every step of progress. You'll help pupils discover their strengths, build confidence, develop resilience, and explore learning both inside and outside the classroom. No two days are the same, so you'll need a proactive, flexible approach and a willingness to support wherever needed.
