Paediatric Nurse Complex Care Location: Buckley Pay: £37 per hour Shifts: 8 hour day shifts and 10 hour night shifts Contract: Permanent Applicants: Registered Paediatric Nurses / RNC only About the Role A rewarding opportunity has become available for an experienced Paediatric Nurse to join a dedicated complex care team supporting children with significant medical needs in the community. You will deliver high quality, holistic nursing care within a home environment, working closely with families, MDT professionals and the organisations paediatric complex community nurses. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference every day, providing personalised, child centred care that helps each young person reach their full potential. Flexible working can be accommodated where appropriate. What Youll Do You will follow an up to date care plan and provide safe, compassionate and clinically robust support, including: Respiratory support (bag mask ventilation, oxygen therapy, physiotherapy) Nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal suctioning PEG feeding (Dual Jejunostomy and Gastrostomy button) Managing complex epilepsy and dystonia, including rescue medication Working collaboratively with families and MDT professionals Delivering holistic, child centred nursing care What Youll Need To be considered for this role, you must have: Registered Nurse Diploma/Degree with an up to date NMC pin Minimum 3 years post qualification experience A background in paediatric nursing Recent experience in paediatric complex care Strong commitment to delivering exceptional care A self motivated, compassionate and enthusiastic approach Why Work With Us?
