SEN Science Curriculum Lead Contract: Permanent Hours: 40 per week, Term Time Only An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Science Curriculum Lead to shape and deliver a high quality Science offer for learners aged 719 who require personalised, flexible education pathways. This role is ideal for a passionate Science specialist who thrives on innovation, relationship based practice, and transforming outcomes for young people who may struggle in mainstream settings. You will lead the development of a diverse and engaging Science curriculum delivered through one to one sessions, small groups, and vocational learning environments. Alongside your teaching responsibilities, you will provide targeted coaching, CPD, and curriculum leadership to colleagues, ensuring consistently high standards across multiple hubs. This hybrid role includes dedicated weekly leadership time, allowing you to focus on quality assurance, curriculum development, and collaborative planning with Learning Managers. You will also benefit from tailored support from senior leaders and opportunities to collaborate with other Curriculum Leads across the organisation.
