Voids Maintenance Officer – Social Housing (On-site)

A government organization is seeking a Voids Maintenance Officer to handle all required lock changes and resolve utility meter queries for properties in Kensington. This role includes conducting maintenance repairs and ensuring void properties are ready for new tenancies. Candidates must have extensive maintenance experience and the ability to perform physical tasks.
