Positive Employment is currently recruiting for a Housing Systems Officer for our client, a government organisation in Rugby, Warwickshire. This role is a temporary contract initially for 2 months with the possibility to extend. Hybrid working, once a week on site. Potential for Temp to Perm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completion of annual statutory reports pulled from Cx such as LADR & LAHs and checking the data within these reports.
- Liaison with finance colleagues to ensure payments are processed correctly.
- Working on interfaces with different systems where data needs to pass between.
- Understanding of Civica Cx for Housing.
- Ability to continue developing the data on Cx, such as adding leaseholders.
- Managing year-end processes on Cx, including rent increases, changes to direct debits, and exchanging data with the Benefits IT system.
Working Hours: 37hrs / 9:00am - 17:00pm / Monday - Friday
Pay: £19.76 per hour (Rate Negotiable)
