PLEASE NOTE THE RATE CAN BE NEGOTIABLE Our client is a large local government organisation and looking for an experienced Organisational Change Lead to join the team This is initially a 6 month contract which may be extended for the right applicant You will Review the current organisational structure, operating model and ways of working across the Bus Directorate.
Assess capability, capacity, governance, decision-making and accountability arrangements.
Ensure alignment with the role and responsibilities of a modern Strategic Transport Authority.
Develop a future-state organisational structure that supports both current service delivery requirements and future ambitions.
Review and redesign key policies, procedures and business processes to improve efficiency, consistency and compliance.
Lead staff engagement and formal organisational consultation processes.
Support implementation of the new operating model and organisational structure.
Embed a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and customer focus.
To be considered for this role The successful consultant must demonstrate: Significant experience within a Combined Authority, Strategic Transport Authority, Passenger Transport Executive or Local Transport Authority.
Extensive knowledge of bus operations, transport governance and statutory transport functions.
