Our client is a large organisation looking for an experienced L and D professional to join their team on a permanent basis.
- The design and delivery of Learning and OD interventions that support transformation, are engaging and meet business needs.
- Work in partnership with Strategic Business Partners to identify and find solutions to learning needs and trends across the business areas.
- The design and delivery of effective leadership development interventions that develop core leadership skills and drive up leadership capability across the business.
- Develop leadership development programmes that support the development of transformational leadership.
- Embed The Aster Way through our leadership and colleague development to promote and build the right behaviours.
- The design and delivery of a colleague development programme that supports the development of high performing teams and individuals.
- Ensure our colleague development programme develops and builds critical skills required both now and in the future.
- Conduct coaching conversations to support learning and development where required.
- Deliver blended learning and experience interventions including face-to-face and virtual events, ensuring the needs of our colleagues are considered.
