Positive Employment is currently recruiting for a Finance/HR ERP Workstream Lead for our client, a local government organisation based in Staffordshire.
The successful post holder will be an experienced and enthusiastic expert to play a pivotal role in the implementation of the organisation's new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution.
This is a unique opportunity to shape a joined-up Finance, HR and Payroll system that helps ensure the tools employees use every day truly work for them and end users across the organisation.
This role is a temporary contract with an initial contract length of 3 months with the possibility to extend.
Hybrid working.
Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to: Lead the Finance or HR workstream within the ERP programme, ensuring system processes are improved to meet current and future business needs.
Build strong working relationships with system users and stakeholders, understanding operational requirements and ensuring these are reflected in the system design.
Develop, maintain and deliver design and configuration strategies that ensure the ERP solution is configured effectively and meets project objectives.
Work closely with the ERP implementation partner and managed payroll service provider to oversee system design, configuration and integration.
