Positive Employment is currently recruiting for a HR Data Officer for our client, a local government organisation based in Grays, Essex. This role is a temporary contract with an initial contract length of 12 months with the possibility to extend. This role is hybrid working 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the establishment and data changes for Human Resources for Local Government restructures in Oracle HCM.
- Report data from Oracle to stakeholders and manage all changes in the management tree.
Personal Requirements:
- Must have Oracle HCM functional experience or managing changes with the Organisation tree and position management.
- Must have experience of reporting from Oracle and presenting the data to strategic stakeholders.
Working Hours: 36hrs / Monday - Friday
Pay: Β£22.58 per hr
