Our client is a large local government organisation looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team. This is initially a 6 month contract which may be extended for the right applicant.

You will be an experienced and engaging Technical Architect, who can comprehend infrastructure, data and application architectures including cloud-platform exposure, and can work autonomously under general directions.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Requirements Management: Understand and analyse the business requirements from the various service areas of the organisation. Organise, rationalise and prioritise requirements while developing or reviewing solutions.
  • Architecture & Design: Design technology solutions that meet the business requirements, align to scalability, reliability, security and strategic objectives, and adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, security protocols and the organisation's architectural principles.
  • Design Assurance: Review and assure 3rd Party architectural designs and supplier engagements proposed by the various service areas of the organisation.
  • Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate and document change options for financial, technical and business feasibility and strategic alignments.
  • Emerging Technology Monitoring: Identify and assess new and emerging technologies, services, and products with reference to the business requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Active collaborations with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Strategic Business Partners, Delivery Partners and Vendors.

PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS INSIDE SCOPE OF IR35. HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLE.
