Positive Employment is seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional to join a local government organisation in Exeter on a 3-month contract that may be extended. The role involves developing a Council-wide L&D strategy, leading training programmes for managerial skills, and managing the Learning Management System, ensuring effective performance management and employee engagement.

Candidates must have proven experience in L&D strategy and budget management, and a degree in HR or a related field is preferred. Please note the role is inside scope of IR35 and requires 2 days attendance at the office.
