Overview

Are you looking to join a progressive and rapidly growing clothing business in North London? Our client has been thriving for over a decade, starting from selling clothes on social media and now serving a nationwide consumer base through a successful online store. With a large following across all platforms, they are excited to expand their team.

About Them: They pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. THIS ROLE IS FULLY OFFICE BASED!

Responsibilities

  • Schedule listings on social media platforms.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email, telephone, and social media.
  • Handle objections and complaints professionally and respectfully.
  • Conduct missing parcel investigations.
  • Use the AI-powered E-commerce helpdesk system to raise and action tickets.
  • Keep abreast of reviews on Trust Pilot and engage the customers in response to those reviews.
  • Use SHOPIFY to navigate the online store, including creating and removing products and providing customers with product information.

Personal Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Services for at least 2 years is essential.
  • An interest in fashion or a background in clothing retail is desirable.
  • Basic IT skills required (full training will be provided on internal systems).
  • Previous experience with Shopify is not essential but desirable.
  • Strong understanding and use of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • An enthusiasm to learn.
  • Demonstratable multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Working Hours

9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Please note this role is fully office based.

Salary

£26,000 – £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
