Positive Employment is currently recruiting for a Facilities Officer for our client, a housing association based in Kent.
The successful post holder will ensure the office is professionally managed and run effectively and efficiently, providing a safe and comfortable working environment for colleagues. They will support the delivery of an excellent facilities management service to meet business needs and provide outstanding customer service.
This role is a contract position with an initial contract of 1 month, with the possibility to extend. This role is fully on-site.
Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Manage all facilities service requests for the office and operational areas, including the car park
- Log service requests in the CAFM system and make sure they are resolved within SLA targets
- Assist with ordering catering and stationery supplies
- Report faults with office machinery and equipment
- Handle all incoming and outgoing post
- Carry out a range of facilities tasks as directed by the Facilities Officer and/or Facilities Manager
Personal Requirements:
- Previous experience in a facilities, office support or administrative role
- Experience of using a CAFM or similar helpdesk system would be desirable
- Strong customer service skills
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise requests and meet deadlines
- A proactive, hands-on approach
Pay: £20.64 per hr
Working Hours: 9:00am - 17:00pm / Monday to Friday
Please note this role is within the scope of IR35, and pay will be via an umbrella company.
