We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Systems Engineer to join our electronics production team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in electronic engineering and manufacturing, who thrives on turning complex datasets into actionable insights that drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyze complex datasets across the electronics production lifecycle, including design, manufacturing, testing, and supply chain stages. Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities in production and test processes.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product reliability. Contribute to the development of robust performance measurement frameworks across production areas.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with electronics engineers, production teams, and quality assurance specialists to translate insights into tangible improvements. Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-backed recommendations.
- Reporting & Communication: Design and deliver compelling dashboards and reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Communicate findings clearly to drive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Data Infrastructure & Governance: Proactively enhance data collection methods, tools, and management practices in a low-volume production environment. Ensure data integrity and usability across systems.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Potentially guide and mentor junior data analysts or engineers, fostering a culture of analytical excellence.
