We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Project Controller to join our team in supporting high-profile defence programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient planning, monitoring, and execution of projects using Primavera P6 as the primary scheduling tool. You will play a crucial role in maintaining project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics, while supporting decision-makers with accurate and timely information to facilitate successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and establishment of an Overseas Project Purchase Order (PO), ensuring all project control measures are in place.
- Utilize MSP Enterprise Scheduling to create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Support the generation and maintenance of programme trackers to monitor project progress and performance.
- Aid in the development and implementation of process governance for the PO, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Regular travel within the EU to provide on-site support and ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project control within the Defence sector.
- Proficiency in MSP Enterprise Scheduling.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to travel regularly within the EU.
- Security Clearance (SC) is mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with international projects.
- Knowledge of Defence sector regulations and standards.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
