We're seeking a highly driven New Business Development Manager to spearhead growth across our full technology portfolio—including Connectivity, Mobile, Modern Workplace, Cyber Security and Managed Services. In this role, you will focus on acquiring new customers, shaping strategic opportunities, and opening doors to long‑term, high‑value partnerships. You'll identify prospects, uncover multi‑pillar opportunities, and collaborate with technical and commercial teams to design solutions that meet evolving business needs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive new customer acquisition, building a strong pipeline of enterprise and upper mid‑market prospects across multiple technology disciplines.
- Identify and develop new opportunities, leveraging market insight and customer discovery to position our full technology stack effectively.
- Lead high‑impact sales engagements, including discovery workshops, capability presentations, and proposal walkthroughs with senior stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate CRM data (SFDC) to ensure clear visibility of pipeline health, forecasting, and commercial progress.
- Work cross‑functionally with Solution Architects, Technical Account Managers, Project Managers and Operations to shape compelling proposals and end‑to‑end solutions.
- Develop tailored growth strategies for each prospect, including technology roadmaps and commercial propositions aligned to their objectives.
- Own commercial negotiations, including pricing, proposals, and contract discussions for new business opportunities.
- Support seamless onboarding, ensuring the handover from sales to delivery is smooth, clear, and aligned with customer expectations.
- Represent the business in market‑facing activities, such as events, networking and targeted outreach campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in IT, technology services, telecoms, managed services or MSP environments, with a strong focus on winning new business.
- A strong commercial mindset, capable of recognising, shaping and closing complex multi‑pillar opportunities.
- Confident presenter with the ability to engage C‑suite and senior stakeholders in early‑stage, high‑value discussions.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple opportunities and workstreams simultaneously.
- A consultative, customer‑first approach, with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Skilled at collaborating with technical and delivery teams to craft compelling customer solutions.
- Naturally curious, with the ability to identify whitespace, challenge assumptions and uncover untapped growth areas.
- Professional, credible, and capable of establishing long‑term strategic relationships from initial contact.
