Position 1 Recruitment is working with a well‐established engineering and manufacturing company to hire a Project Administrator. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, supporting projects and engaging with stakeholders.

Working Hours & Location

  • Hybrid work: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (after probation)
  • Monday‐Thursday: 08:30 – 17:30
  • Friday: 08:30 – 13:30 (early finish)

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile and manage project and technical documentation for client submissions.
  • Drive timely documentation flow across departments to meet project deadlines.
  • Identify and raise project risks, maintaining and updating the risk register.
  • Support end‐to‐end project coordination to ensure on‐time delivery.
  • Track and follow up on documentation approvals to prevent delays.
  • Assist with procurement processes, including work orders and BOM updates.
  • Monitor critical project documentation and proactively flag risks to Project Managers.
  • Act as a communication link between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project data in AX and CRM systems, including delivery timeline.

You will need

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise with internal teams, clients and expeditors.
  • Experience supporting projects in a fast‐paced or technical environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., AX, CRM) is advantageous.
