Internal Sales Engineer – Norwich

Position 1 Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a well-established engineering company in Norwich, who are looking for an Internal Sales Engineer to join their team.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Thu 8:00-16:45, Fri 8:00-12:30)

The Role

  • Prepare tenders and quotations for new business opportunities.
  • Review customer technical specifications and commercial requirements.
  • Produce accurate cost estimates.
  • Provide technical support and clarification to customers.
  • Liaise with customers, OEMs and internal engineering teams.
  • Ensure customer requirements are fully understood and met.

About You

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
  • Able to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience within an engineering, manufacturing or commercial environment is desirable.
  • An engineering-related degree would be beneficial but is not essential.
