Production Operatives / Lenwade / Norwich / £12.76 Per Hour / Temp to Perm

Position 1 Recruitment are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and growing windows manufacturing company based in Lenwade. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00am - 14:00pm and 14:15pm - 22:15pm (no rotating)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the production and assembly of windows and doors
  • Operating machinery and equipment safely
  • Conducting quality checks on finished products
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  • Following health and safety guidelines at all times

You will have:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Specific experience of window fabrication is highly desirable, but not essential as training will be provided – the key to success is a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Manual handling experience of heavy loads is required as there will be some lifting
  • Experience gained within an assembly style manufacturing environment is essential
  • Must have your own transport
