Position 1 Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Product Compliance Manager to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Norwich. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in product compliance and certification to play a key role within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain third-party product certifications and accreditations
- Lead certification processes for new products, including testing and compliance activities
- Act as the internal expert for UKCA/CE marking, Building Regulations, and industry standards
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess the impact on the business
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation and product records
- Carry out internal inspections and supplier audits
- Identify compliance risks and ensure corrective actions are implemented
About You:
- Previous experience in product compliance, certification, or regulatory roles within engineering or manufacturing
- Strong understanding of UKCA/CE marking, BS/EN/ISO standards, and Building Regulations
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
