Position 1 Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client’s site.

Our client, operating within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, is continuing to grow and is looking for a professional, pragmatic, and people-focused HR Advisor to join their welcoming HR team.

  • Proven HR generalist experience within a unionised organisation
  • Confident in managing a range of employee relations cases providing clear practical HR advice and managing a busy caseload
  • A strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
