1 Recruitment are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and growing windows manufacturing company based in Lenwade. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 06:00am - 14:00pm, 14:15pm - 22:15pm (no rotating)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the production and assembly of windows and doors
- Operating machinery and equipment safely
- Conducting quality checks on finished products
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times
You will have:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Specific experience of window fabrication is highly desirable, but not essential as training will be provided; the key to success is a positive can-do attitude
- Manual handling experience of heavy loads is required as there will be some lifting
- Experience gained within an assembly style manufacturing environment is essential
- Must have your own transport
