Picker / Packer Position 1 Recruitment is currently recruiting for Picker / Packers to join a well-established food manufacturing business based in the Hethel / Wymondham area. Please note: A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential due to the location. Job Details * Location: Hethel / Wymondham * Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour * Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:50–15:50 * Contract: Temporary to Permanent * Overtime: Available once permanent The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Picker / Packer to join a friendly and well-established team, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate. You will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders while working towards daily targets and maintaining high standards of quality and food hygiene. Your Responsibilities * Picking individual sweets to create Pick & Mix pouches * Working efficiently to achieve daily picking targets * Accurately packing customer orders * Scanning products and ensuring orders are placed in the correct courier section * Producing pre-packed sweet pouches * Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment * Following all food hygiene, health and safety procedures * Working as part of a team to meet daily production requirements What We’re Looking For * Previous picking and packing experience is essential * A reliable and hardworking attitude * Good attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work towards daily targets * A positive attitude and willingness to learn * Good teamwork and communication skills * A strong commitment to securing a permanent position * Full driving licence and access to your own transport is essential due to the location What’s on Offer? £12.71 per hour Monday to Friday – no weekend working 06:50–15:50 working hours Temporary-to-permanent opportunity Overtime available once permanent Bonus scheme once permanent Friendly and supportive working environment Apply Today!
