The client is open to candidates from Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-Skilled backgrounds with strong industrial maintenance and fault-finding experience. The Role Working within a small engineering team, you will maintain production, processing and utility equipment, ensuring machinery remains safe, reliable and operational. * Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance. * Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults. * Respond to breakdowns and minimise production downtime. * Fault find on motors, PLCs, inverters, wiring, conveyors, pneumatics and hydraulics. * Read electrical drawings and technical documentation. * Support equipment installation and commissioning. * Complete maintenance records and breakdown reports. * Support continuous improvement and BOPEX initiatives. * Follow site Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices. About You * Mechanical, Electrical or Multi-Skilled maintenance experience. * Experience within manufacturing, production, process or heavy industrial environments. * Electrical qualifications for candidates applying from an electrical background. * Strong industrial fault-finding and problem-solving skills. * Experience with production machinery and plant equipment. * Knowledge of PLCs, inverters, motors, pneumatics or hydraulics is advantageous. * Understanding of LOTO/Safe Isolation, Permit to Work, Working at Height, Confined Space and ATEX/DSEAR. * Previous 12-hour continental shift experience is beneficial. * Ability to work independently within a small engineering team. Shift Pattern 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am 2 days → 2 nights → 5 off 2 days → 3 nights → 4 off 3 days → 2 nights → 5 off The rotation then repeats, with two weekends worked per month — one on days and one on nights.
