ABOUT THE ROLE
Independent contractor, commission-based, no base pay, remote. Poshtax is part of Poshlayer Ltd, a London AI company. Until 23:59 UK time on Wednesday 4 November 2026: who do you already know who owns a UK VAT-registered limited company or LLP? Close the sale yourself, or send them to PJ, our founder.
WHAT YOU SELL
- The Poshlayer Brand plan: a luxury website and the AI workflows behind it, £2,999 + VAT to build, then £199 a month + VAT.
- For orders accepted by 4 November 2026, it comes with Poshtax free for 12 months for their own UK VAT-registered company. Poshtax prepares the VAT return from the company's records, every figure traced; they check it and they file it.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Start with the owners you know, friends included. Use email, LinkedIn, a call to their business number, or text or WhatsApp if you know them personally (ask first). No automation.
- Close it yourself, or book the call with PJ.
- You never take payment: we send the order and the invoice.
PAY (all figures exclude VAT)
- Close it yourself: 20%, £599.80 per Brand plan, if they sign by 4 November and their first payment clears within 24 hours of signing.
- Or send them to PJ: £75 for each qualified call you book by then that takes place, sale or not, plus 7.5% (£224.93) if they buy.
- After the 4th: 15% (£449.85) when you close, or £25 a qualified call plus the 7.5%.
- Closing needs PJ's approval in writing. In the window he can approve setters who look good quickly; approval isn't guaranteed.
- Commission is earned once the company's payment has cleared and work has started.

You know UK business owners and you're happy to ask for the sale.
TERMS
- Your own hours and methods, and you're free to work for others.
- You start once you've signed the agreement online (outside the UK, a data transfer agreement too).
- No income is promised.
