The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Lettings Administrator to support our busy lettings team. No prior lettings experience required as full, on the job, training provided. You will handle bookings, administration, and day-to-day operations that keep our lettings running smoothly.
Key Duties
- Book and manage property viewings
- Prepare tenancy agreements, renewals, and compliance paperwork
- Manage tenant enquiries by phone, email, and in-office
- Keep property listings up to date
- Maintain accurate records in PMS/CRM systems
- Assist with referencing, compliance checks, and general admin tasks
What We are Looking For
- Strong IT and admin skills (Microsoft Office essential)
- Previous experience with CRMs or PMS software preferred
- Excellent communication and organisation
- Detail-oriented and proactive
