Posh Monkey Studios is a new London-based iGaming development studio that is well-backed, creating top tier casino content for the market. Our aim is to create straightforward, premium slot products for the premium player. We want people who are actively striving to give their best efforts and grow within a new studio.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in London. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in creative marketing within the iGaming industry, working closely with slot game products and studio branding. You’ll primarily support the creation of marketing assets for our slot games, including screenshots, thumbnails, and short promotional videos used for launches and partner showcases. Alongside this, you’ll help shape the studio’s public presence by supporting LinkedIn content and assisting with the ongoing development of our company website.
You’ll work closely with the Posh Monkey Studios' founders, a team of artists and animators, learning how slot games are marketed from the ground up. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be expected to work on asset creation, but you’ll also have room to bring ideas, energy, and creativity as the brand grows. No two days are the same, and you’ll be supported in a fast-paced but friendly studio environment.
This role would suit somebody with less than 1 year experience within Marketing Design / Graphic Design, or a recent College / University Graduate.
What We’re Looking For:- A strong visual eye and interest in design
- Creative, motivated, energised and keen to learn
- Comfortable working on practical, hands-on tasks
- Willing to take feedback and improve quickly
- Able to work closely with others and communicate ideas clearly
- Able to adhere to specific standards and guidelines set and defined by the business and its partners
- Interest in games, digital products, or creative marketing
- Happy to focus on asset creation as the core responsibility of the role
- A degree or college course where you completed a wide array of marketing content
- Any experience working with: Graphic design, Video editing, Social media content, Website builders (Squarespace, Wix, etc.)
- Interest in iGaming, slots, or mobile games is a big plus
Please note that this is a hybrid role, so we’re giving preference to candidates based in or near London. Our office is conveniently located near Farringdon station. We work with a flexible hybrid policy but are keen for people to be willing to commute to the office regularly, up to 4 days per week.
