Posh CockneyTM is a London-based PR, marketing and creative agency specialising in hospitality, luxury and lifestyle brands. We work with some of the UK's most exciting restaurants, hotels, bars, venues and consumer brands, creating content, campaigns and experiences that drive real commercial results.

As part of the role, you'll have the opportunity to work across restaurant groups, luxury hospitality businesses, hospitality technology companies, events, lifestyle brands and industry-leading operators, creating content seen by hundreds of thousands of consumers every month. If you love hospitality, social media, content creation and being at the centre of what's happening across London, this could be the perfect opportunity.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Holborn, London. Applicants must currently live within Greater London and be able to attend our Holborn office a minimum of three days per week, as well as travel to client venues, content shoots and events across London when required.

The successful candidate will manage multiple client social media accounts, primarily across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. You will be responsible for planning content, developing creative ideas, scheduling posts, growing communities and helping clients achieve their marketing objectives.

Expect to spend time filming in restaurants, hotels, bars and event spaces across London, capturing content, attending launches and bringing brands to life across social media. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves social media, understands what makes content perform, stays ahead of trends and enjoys working across a variety of exciting hospitality and lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars.
  • Develop creative campaign ideas and content concepts.
  • Write engaging captions and social media copy.
  • Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor trends and identify opportunities for reactive content.
  • Manage community engagement, comments and direct messages.
  • Work closely with photographers, videographers and designers to create engaging content.
  • Support influencer collaborations and content creator partnerships.
  • Attend client meetings, content shoots and industry events.
  • Analyse performance and prepare monthly reports.
  • Support wider marketing, PR and event campaigns.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing social media accounts professionally.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Experience creating content plans and content calendars.
  • Strong understanding of Reels, TikTok content and social media trends.
  • Experience using social media scheduling platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for content creation and social media marketing.
  • Must be currently based within Greater London.
  • Must be able to attend our Holborn office at least three days per week.
