Who are Port Swigger
Port Swigger exists to enable the world to secure the web.
We build the tools practitioners trust, the knowledge that trains security professionals, and a community that makes anyone who cares about security better — so anyone can make the internet safer.
Our products are crafted with care, backed by deep research, and we lead through generous innovation: winning by setting the bar higher and sharing what we create, turning commercial success into wider positive impact.
Our culture didn't happen by accident — it was built deliberately, and it's something we protect with the same care we put into everything we make.
We default to trust — brilliant people doing brilliant work, free from micromanagement.
We aim for excellence, and we do it with care; performance and compassion go hand in hand.
Joy, mastery and purpose belong together here — and if the work stops feeling good, we take that seriously.
What you'll be doing
As our Sales Enablement Specialist, you will own and scale the systems, programmes, and behavioural mechanisms that drive commercial performance across the GTM organisation.
You'll partner with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product Marketing, and Product leadership to identify performance gaps, design interventions, and measure outcomes that matter — faster ramp, stronger adoption, and measurable revenue impact.

- Build scalable programmes that improve commercial performance across the GTM organisation.
- Analyse performance data to identify gaps and prioritise the interventions with the greatest impact.
- Design and maintain playbooks, learning paths, frameworks, and enablement assets that teams actually use.
- Partner with GTM leadership to support strategic initiatives and product launches.
- Drive adoption of CRM, Gong, AI, LMS, and other enablement tooling across commercial teams.
- Establish measurement frameworks that connect enablement activity directly to commercial outcomes.
- Embed closely with commercial teams to understand how deals are won and where execution breaks down.
- Use AI to accelerate content creation, coaching, insight generation, and performance improvement.
- Continuously improve the enablement operating model through experimentation and iteration.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of professional experience, with 3–5+ years owning Sales Enablement in a Saa S, cybersecurity, or technical software environment.
- Demonstrated experience building enablement programmes from concept through to adoption.
- Strong analytical capability with hands‑on experience interpreting pipeline, conversion, win‑rate, and productivity metrics.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, Gong, LMS platforms, and modern AI tooling.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence without authority.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from first principles.
At Port Swigger, we believe people should be paid what they're truly worth — not just what we could get away with or what the market dictates.
That's why we pay above the market rate, and review it regularly.
In our 2025 survey, 80% of Swiggers said they were satisfied or very satisfied with their reward — against a You Gov benchmark of 40% for knowledge workers. The philosophy works.
