Responsibilities:
- Maintaining confidentiality; adhering to practice protocols/procedures.
- Answering telephones.
- Meeting/greeting and directing patients.
- Booking/cancelling appointments.
- Updating records on computer system, processing incoming/outgoing mail.
- Email management, scanning documents, processing electronic mail/results.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be flexible to cover colleague's annual leave/sick leave.
- Experience in dealing with a high volume of telephone calls.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
Further Information:
- Probationary period of 6 months.
