Portsmouth Water is seeking a Head of Health & Safety to lead our safety culture and strengthen our OHSMS.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will shape the health, safety and wellbeing strategy, ensuring robust policies, regulatory compliance and ongoing employee support.

You will guide the H&S team, oversee site inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations and responsible for continuous improvement in safety performance across all operations.
