As Brand & Campaigns Manager at Portsmouth Water, you’ll guide and support a talented team in shaping and delivering impactful, multi‑channel marketing campaigns, content and communications. This role is central to supporting the company’s ambitious five‑year vision, ensuring our messaging reaches and resonates with customers across a range of platforms.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications, you’ll collaborate on planning and delivering campaigns that strengthen our brand reputation, inspire customer engagement and encourage positive behaviour change. This is a varied and rewarding opportunity to make a real difference, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery in a purpose‑driven organisation.

What will you be doing?

  • Guiding and supporting a small team responsible for brand, marketing communications campaigns, content and social media.
  • Coordinating and overseeing multichannel campaigns, including both digital (social, display, VOD) and traditional channels (out of home, print and radio).
  • Planning, coordinating and delivering campaigns and communications, including annual campaign planning, briefing, content development and budget management.
  • Ensuring campaigns align with key strategic priorities, supporting major projects and business objectives.
  • Acting as a brand champion, developing and managing the brand to ensure consistency with positioning and guidelines.
  • Working with external agencies and creative partners, including marketing agencies, photographers and videographers.
  • Shaping social media strategy and content, supporting engagement, growing brand awareness and protecting reputation.
  • Ensuring high‑quality, on‑brand creative output across all channels.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support campaign delivery and collaboration.
  • Monitoring performance and supporting continuous improvement, using reporting and analytics tools to optimise campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
