At the heart of this transformation is the rollout of SMART metering across our supply area.

Working closely with the Programme Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting project delivery, coordinating contracts, and ensuring the effective use of data and systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high‑impact initiative while gaining valuable experience across project management, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration. You’ll engage with internal teams and external partners alike, helping to shape processes and provide insights that support smart, customer focused decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Articulate process, system and data requirements, documenting accurately to ensure all requirements are valid and trackable.
  • Build and maintain good business relationships with all stakeholders to develop business system and share knowledge across the team and wider business.
  • Perform data collection and analysis to support the development of business cases and provide analysis updates to ensure delivery within agreed timescales and budget.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the wider business teams to provide proactive support to investigate issues and perform impact analysis.
  • Contribute to project governance including status reporting and risk management.
