Job Summary
- Ensure Student Safety and consistently work on risk reduction
- Communicate with Sailing leagues to declare interest and participate in league coach’s meetings
- Communicate with interested students and their parents
- Collect waivers and medical information cards from students
- Register roster of students sailing with the league
- Coordinate communications with the school leadership
- Look for sponsors
- Maintain team equipment
- Plan practice schedule, communicate it
- Manage practices
- Organize travel
- Coordinate with guest coaches for some practices
- Coordinate team dinners and end of season banquet
- Coordinate payments and reimbursements with PHS business office
