The Portsmouth Marriott Hotel is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join the Food & Beverage team. We are looking for an enthusiastic Food and Beverage Manager who is keen to grow inside the biggest hotel company in the world. Located near famous landmarks such as the Spinnaker Tower, the hotel has a range of amenities including Cast Iron Bar & Grill, our signature restaurant, and fitness centre.

As the Food & Beverage Manager you will:

  • Recruit, manage, train and develop the total Food and Beverage department.
  • Work within budgeted guidelines for payroll and consumables.
  • Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue.
  • Ensure incentive plans are in place for team members to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Evaluate operational guest satisfaction, recognise success and action plan for continuous improvement.
  • Review monthly P&L statement for departments, identify opportunities for cost saving.
  • Work with the Finance Manager to forecast monthly sales and costs.
  • Work closely with all departmental managers to ensure seamless guest experiences across the hotel.
  • Ensure operations meet the Brand Standard Requirements.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
